XenGuide and OwnerRez are now integrated!

We are excited to announce our official integration with OwnerRez, an internationally recognized leader in channel management, CRM, PM, accounting, messaging, and websites, built by property managers for property managers.

What the integration enables

Connect XenGuide to your OwnerRez account to sync properties and reservations. With that context, your AI assistant can answer booking-specific questions, share reservation details like door codes and Wi-Fi when available, and automatically invite guests to chat before arrival. If the assistant is not confident in an answer, it routes the question to your team through a built-in service desk.

Key capabilities

• Auto-invites that send each guest a secure link about 24 hours before check-in by email or SMS based on the contact information in OwnerRez.

• Booking-aware answers that use synced property and reservation data, including dynamic items like door codes and Wi-Fi when present for that reservation.

• Live data sync using webhooks for near-instant updates.

• Human-in-the-loop service desk for quick escalation from chat to your team.

Quick start

Setup takes minutes, and once configured XenGuide invites guests automatically and handles a large share of routine questions with very little manual effort. What syncs
